Peace Church was established in Browntown in September 1887. We give thanks to all who have gone before us upholding the gospel enabling us to continue their faithfulness.
We are a conservative evangelical church holding fast to traditional Christian beliefs and creeds. We believe that Scriptures are the inspired word of God for all time and that our actions should reflect this. We believe that salvation can only be obtained by God's grace through belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, the confession of sin, and the assurance of pardon. We promise to uphold the sacraments of baptism and communion and believe in the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman as ordained by Christ.
We promise to be a faithful and welcoming Church in Christ and commit ourselves to further God's Kingdom wherever we are and to minister to those in need.

The Search Cttee will be presenting a candidate to do a trial sermon on Sunday, August 29th, 2010.
Pastor Steven Hale found Peace Church by utilizing our web site.
There will be a vote immediately following the service if Pastor Hale chooses to serve Peace Church In Christ. Pastor Hale and his wife Jan will be bringing their musical talent with them…..something we have been praying about for a long time.
We hope to see you the 29th at 9:30 a.m.
